Can I cancel my booking?

Yes! Open My Appointments and cancel any upcoming booking with pending or confirmed status.

What is the Face Scan feature?

Our AI analyzes your face shape from a photo and recommends hairstyles that suit you best. You can upload a photo or use your camera.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, GCash, and Maya payments.

Do I need a verified email?

Yes. Please verify your email address through the confirmation link to access booking features.
